We must overcome, every voice of fear that says you're doing too much. Overcome every voice of fear that says I failed and you will too. Overcome every voice of fear that says do just enough to get by. Overcome every voice of fear that goes for your jugular to put you out. Overcome every voice of fear that attempts to paralyze your faith to Become!
We have to have the mental capacity to become, by using the power of our voice...our choice. We do this by silencing the voices that speak against our freedom and our right to live fearlessly. Then in turn, by speaking life to the parts of us that need nurturing and healing so that we may be whole again. The scriptures tell us in Proverbs that 'death and life are in the power of the tongue. Then over in the book of James. He tells us that the tongue is an unruly or untamable member of the body. We must take our authority and rule over the sinful nature that crouches at the door of our minds to gain entrance (access) to influence what we think, say, and ultimately do. In Gen 4:7, God tells Cain that it is within his power to do so and that goes for us too.
We begin by taking time out of our everyday lives to rid ourselves of mindsets, habits, and thought patterns that do not align with our intended design. Sit with God in that quiet space and allow Him to set you free from powerlessness over your life. Then stand fast in that liberty embracing a “free to be me” mindset and use your voice to do your part while committing to helping others find this freedom that brings glory and honor to Jehovah0 Father. After all, that is who we are created to be!
